Fast and Fabulous Food Friday!

I hope everyone is staying nice and warm on this snowy and cold Friday morning! Wind chills here are below zero all day and we got a few more inches of snow overnight. Will it ever end???

For today's Fast and Fabulous Food Friday, I am sharing what is probably the easiest recipe you will ever find! I made this for dinner last night along with some garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon and onion. It is so good that I usually double this recipe because there are never any leftovers! If you try it, let me know how your family likes it. Enjoy!

Kielbasa Bites

1 16 oz package of polska kielbasa
brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut kielbasa into bite sized pieces. Put kielbasa into pot and throw in some brown sugar. There is no exact amount of the sugar, I usually just put in enough to coat the meat. Mix well. Cover and bake for 1 hour.

That's it! The brown sugar makes a glaze for the meat and it is soooo good! Quick and easy ~ perfect for a busy schedule!

Well, I got quite a bit accomplished around the house yesterday which was the first day of my mini vacation. Mostly I just did some much needed cleaning and some laundry. I did make a fabulous brownie recipe I found over at Mommy's Kitchen. It was her marshmellow brownies. I will definitely be making these again as they were a big hit with my teen aged son! Please go over to her blog and check it out ~ I can promise you won't be sorry! On the agenda for today is some more cleaning and hopefully working on some craft projects I've got going on. So I guess I'd better get off this computer and get started! Stay safe and warm today!

Until next time . . .

Hugs,

  4. Mmmmmm. I think I can handle this recipe. Fast & easy that's just what I need. Thanks for joining my blog. I look forward to following yours. It looks like you have lots of great ideas & recipes on here. Love the makeover on the shelf. I just checked our local thrift shop & didn't really find anything. Maybe I'll have better luck next time.
